What's ailing you?
An associate of mine swears by the “Blood Type Diet”, she suffers from Multiple Sclerosis (MS). As you may already know, Montel Williams is battling this disease. Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). Montel shared his struggles with this disease on national television. I, along with so many others appreciate the fact he shared his ordeal and made his story public.
